SCOPE OVERVIEW

  • To execute and implement distribution strategies for life insurance business to meet the objectives of the FA Channel
  • Provide inputs of strategizing sales and marketing activities to increase sales production
  • To cultivate and build long term relationships with business partners
  • Collaborate with training team to conduct regular product and refresher trainings for business partners
  • Undertake event management activities and promotions to engage Management, Sales Directors and advisers.
  • Working closely with Internal stakeholders: Product, Compliance, New Business operations to ensure cases’ submissions and inceptions are within SLA timeline
  • Keep abreast of market updates, trends and competitor offerings in the FA space
  • Ensure all incentives campaigns are tracked and fulfilled
  • Provide timely solutions to advisers’ queries, ensuring a seamless and supportive experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree / diploma in any discipline
  • CMFAS (Module 5, 8, 8A, 9, 9A, HI) preferred.
  • Self-motivated, independent and results oriented
  • Ability to conduct research, analyse and organise findings and build presentation decks
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication and presentation skills
  • Possess knowledge in sales and go-to-market strategies
  • Good interpersonal and networking skills
  • Personable, active listener and team player
