Project Liaison /Coordinator Manager (Construction)

Project Coordination: Plan schedules, track progress, allocate manpower/resources, and resolve issues to avoid delays.
Team & Communication: Lead site, project, and admin teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments.
Operations Support: Implement SOPs, monitor performance, and drive process improvements for efficiency.
Resource & Budget Control: Manage materials, equipment, and subcontractors. Help control project costs.
Quality, Safety & Reporting: Ensure work meets quality specs and safety regulations. Prepare reports, track KPIs, and update management.
