RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is for Lee Kong Chian School of Business (LKCSB).
  • Develop the pilot framework, selection logic, engagement categories, tracker and success measures.
  • Coordinate inputs from programme teams, Careers, faculty and student leaders.
  • Plan targeted engagement for the Top 30% student segment, including relevant pre-experience students who would benefit from earlier student-success touchpoints.
  • Match identified students to leadership, networking, career, mentoring or visibility opportunities.
  • Work with the L4 staff member to execute student engagement events, including logistics, invitations, attendance tracking, records and follow-up.
  • Maintain engagement records and prepare concise updates for L7 review and management reporting.
  • Prepare student profiles and handover notes for selected students before graduation to support follow-up by alumni matters staff.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree qualification preferred with 5 to 7 years' relevant experience in student engagement, events management, programme management, project implementation or stakeholder coordination.
  • Higher education experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong planning, communication, documentation, tracking and follow-up skills.
  • Able to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage project timelines independently.
  • Comfortable with student engagement, event coordination, attendance tracking and management reporting.
  • Able to work occasionally in the evenings and on weekends.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage as the successful candidate will be required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
