Job Summary

PM Executive coordinates projects end-to-end to improve patient safety, care quality, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, timelines, and manpower requirements collaboratively with stakeholders to align with healthcare objectives
  • Align project plans and execution with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and healthcare standards in Singapore
  • Coordinate effectively between clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure seamless integration of care delivery and project activities
  • Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items to maintain project momentum
  • Support regulatory compliance by assisting in audits, inspections, and accreditation processes, maintaining accurate documentation for reviews
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to identify and mitigate risks such as staffing shortages or operational disruptions
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including SOPs, workflows, care protocols, progress reports, and dashboards for management and regulatory reporting
  • Collect and analyze quality improvement data such as KPIs and incident reports to recommend actionable process enhancements
  • Liaise with medical suppliers, IT vendors, and contractors to ensure project deliverables meet healthcare standards
  • Support contingency planning and emergency preparedness to enhance operational resilience
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by company management

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma in a related discipline
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience

  • Understanding of healthcare operations and nursing workflows to ensure project relevance

  • Attention to detail critical in patient care settings for accurate documentation and reporting
