LORRY DRIVER

To perform driver duties in construction company with non air con working environment

1. Drive Company vehicle to deliver equipment and ferry workers to and from work sites.

2. Loading and unloading of construction materials to and from warehouse, must be able to carry heavy loads

3. Follow delivery schedule and routes strictly and to complete daily assignments on time

4. Collect payment from clients and hand over to office whenever required

5. Follow traffic regulations and parking rules

6. To carry out any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management during working hours

7. Familiar with construction and marine shipyard industry. Prior experiences in these industries will be favoured

8. Able to work in a fast-paced and hectic environment

9. Able to work split shifts (0500-1700hrs) and (1700-0500hrs); including weekends

10. Comfortable in conversing with migrant workers (Bangladeshi and Indians)

11. Delivery vehicle must be returned to company parking location after working hours. Drivers are not allowed to drive delivery vehicle back home

12. Able to start driving immediately (Class 3 licence or equivalent)
