MARKETING MANAGER

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand presence and support business growth. The successful candidate will lead marketing initiatives, manage campaigns, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to achieve the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
Plan, execute and evaluate both online and offline marketing campaigns.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights to identify business opportunities.
Build and maintain the company's brand image and marketing communications.
Manage digital marketing channels, including website, social media, search engine marketing and content marketing.
Coordinate marketing events, exhibitions and promotional activities.
Develop marketing materials and oversee content creation.
Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign performance through data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to generate leads and support customer acquisition.
Liaise with overseas business partners, agencies and suppliers to coordinate regional marketing activities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, with experience in regional or international marketing preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding and campaign management.
Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and common digital marketing platforms.
Business-level proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required, as this role regularly communicates with Mandarin-speaking clients, business partners and stakeholders, and develops marketing materials for the China market.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing cross-border marketing projects involving the China market.
Familiarity with Chinese digital marketing platforms and social media channels, such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu and Douyin, will be an advantage.
