About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR People Partner to support our team in Singapore, and across countries when needed. This role will provide practical people support, manage key employee lifecycle processes, and help ensureHR practices are consistent, compliant, and aligned with business needs.

Based in Singapore, the role requires 3-4 office days per week.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide day-to-day people support to employees, managers, HRBPs, and business leaders in Singapore, and flexible to support across countries in ASEAN and Greater China.

· Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation, transfers, mobility, contract or entity changes, regularization, and exits.

· Handle employee relations matters such as complaints, conduct concerns, performance improvement, conflict resolution, and complex or sensitive cases.

· Provide practical recommendations to resolve employee and business issues while supporting a fair, compliant, and positive employee experience.

· Execute HR policies and processes consistently, escalating high-risk or complex matters to HR, legal, disciplinary, or other appropriate channels when required.

· Partner with cross-functional, regional, and global HR teams to support compliance, process improvement, operational excellence, and culture-building initiatives.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

· 15+ years of HR experience across employee relations, HR operations, compensation and benefits, compliance, talent, or HRbusiness partnering.

· Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR compliance, and employment requirements in the responsible area.

· Experience in global, matrixed, or technology organizations is preferred.

· Experience with HR systems and processes, including Workday, ServiceNow, and ADP payroll processes.

· Strong communication, documentation, stakeholder management, judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.

· Independent, flexible, collaborative, and able to build trust across levels, cultures, and teams.

· Willing to travel when required.
