Operations Executive (Cleaning)

Job Summary

Manage and oversee cleaning teams and operations across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Coordinate manpower deployment, conduct inspections, and maintain communication with clients and management to drive service quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily manpower deployment to ensure adequate staffing at all worksites
• Report and document staff attendance accurately for each worksite
• Supervise and verify the quality of work performed by the cleaning team to meet standards
• Communicate all service shortfalls and lapses promptly to headquarters for resolution
• Evaluate deployed staff performance and recommend necessary changes to HR
• Manage inventory and stock levels of consumables and spare parts to support operations
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and are equipped to perform their roles effectively
• Collaborate with site supervisors and project management teams to align cleaning operations with project requirements
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor cleaning standards and compliance
• Address and resolve escalated cleaning-related issues in coordination with management
• Organize and lead safety and toolbox meetings to promote workplace safety awareness
• Inspire and motivate onsite cleaning teams to maintain high performance and morale
• Participate in client meetings to review service delivery, gather feedback, and identify improvement areas
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for stationed cleaners to optimize workflow
• Develop periodic work schedules for floaters to ensure flexible coverage
• Enforce compliance with environmental, workplace, and health safety regulations across all sites
• Oversee overall management and coordination of the cleaning team to achieve operational goals
• Prepare and submit cleaning reports, organizational charts, and other required documentation timely
• Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support business needs
