Full Time Accounts Executive

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. If you are passionate about accounting, organized, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle full sets of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
  • Prepare GST submissions and support tax compliance.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and other external parties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are welcome to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 9:30pm
  • Location: Thomson plaza
