Our client is a Chemical Manufacturing MNC. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Designer to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West - With company transport provided

Colour Design & Scheme Planning

• Create creative and practical colour concepts for a wide range of projects, including residential developments, landed houses, condominiums, HDB estates, commercial buildings.
• Develop colour palettes that complement the architectural character, project objectives, and surrounding environment.
• Present multiple colour options to suit different design themes, project requirements, and client preferences.

Project & Architectural Colour Advisory

• Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Specification teams to support project bids, repainting works, client presentations, and design discussions.
• Recommend colour strategies that strengthen the visual identity and overall appeal of developments.
• Maintain consistency between design proposals, colour samples, product specifications, and final recommendations.

Colour Consultation & Design Recommendations

• Provide colour advisory support to internal teams and external project stakeholders.
• Communicate the rationale behind colour selections, including considerations such as harmony, contrast, focal points, balance, and environmental context.

Product Compatibility & Technical Coordination

• Work closely with Product Management and Technical teams to ensure colour selections are suitable for specific substrates, coating systems, and application methods.
• Verify the suitability of colours for exterior coatings, textured finishes, waterproofing systems, and specialty coating applications.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Interior Design, Fine Arts, Colour Design, Industrial Design, or a related creative/design field.
• 2 years of experience in colour design, interior design
