Staff/ Principal Engineer

Lead and manage a team of Engineers to achieve operational and project objectives.
Design, develop, validate, and implement semiconductor test programs and test methodologies to ensure products meet datasheet specifications.
Drive continuous process improvements, test optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and yield enhancement activities.
Conduct product feasibility studies and provide technical support during new product introduction and qualification phases.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to develop effective testing solutions and address technical challenges.
Benchmark, evaluate, and engage third-party suppliers for Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions and new technology implementation.
Support high-volume manufacturing by ensuring robust test coverage, equipment readiness, and production efficiency.
Manage engineering resources, support cost-saving initiatives, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational standards.
Mentor, develop, and build technical capabilities within the engineering team through coaching and structured development plans

· Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor test development, product engineering, or related engineering functions.

· Prior leadership or people management experience is highly preferred.

· Strong knowledge of semiconductor test development and production test methodologies.

· Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and semiconductor test processes.

· Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI), test program development, and qualification activities.

· Strong understanding of yield improvement, statistical analysis, quality principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.

· Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
