What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for candidates in the healthcare industry, from job briefing to offer management
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage pre-boarding, onboarding, and offboarding processes for placed candidates
- Conduct business development for the company
- Liaise with clients and companies to understand their staffing needs and requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
- Support the overall wellbeing of staff and contribute positively to the team's culture and performance
