Job Description

  • Serve as the main point of contact for parents and the school regarding school bus transportation matters.
  • Attend to enquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and text messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on bus schedules, route changes, delays, and transportation arrangements.
  • Provide updates to parents and school staff on transportation-related matters, including service disruptions.
  • Handle and resolve customer feedback and complaints, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, communications, and service requests.
  • Assist with general administrative duties and support the daily operations of the customer service team.

Requirements

  • Min O/A Level/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma in any field
  • Min 1 year customer service experience. Experience in education industry would be advantageous
