Sales Account Manager

  • Working hours : Mon to Fri 8AM – 5PM
  • Salary : $5000 - $6500
  • Working Location: Woodlands

Position Summary

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to grow strategic accounts, build long-term customer partnerships, and drive revenue.

In this role, you will manage existing client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and serve as the main link between clients and our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Growth

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer procurement, engineering, and management teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to introduce new products and value-added solutions.

Sales Operations & Strategy

  • Manage pricing proposals, quotations, commercial negotiations, and contracts.
  • Forecast sales opportunities and maintain an accurate pipeline.
  • Gather market intelligence, track competitor activity, and identify industry trends.
  • Participate in customer business reviews, technical forums, and project milestone planning.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and account updates to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least five years of relevant experience in account management, technical sales, or business development.
  • Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, engineering, or technology industry is preferred.
