The Job
- Support the design and delivery of Total Rewards solutions across markets
- Conduct compensation and benefits benchmarking, job evaluations, incentive calculations, and benefits program updates
- Assist in annual reward review cycles, including system, data, and process execution
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver standardized yet locally relevant processes
- Manage and execute Total Rewards activities independently, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, and reward policies
