TEMP CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (NOVENA, 6 MONTHS CONTRACT)#HJY

Location: Novena

Duration: 6 months (Possibly extendable)

Salary: $11/hr

Working days and hours

- Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pm with 1 hour lunch break.

- Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as Incoming calls for First Visit / Workqueue etc.

- Provides Clinic Operations Support for front desk

- Maintains a proper filing system for documents and files in call centre department

- Provides admin support in data entry and preparing reports at the call centre

- Valid vaccinations for TDAP/MMR/VARICELLA

- No exp needed, training will be provided
