Position : Senior Operations Manager (Construction /Landscape Maintenance / Multi-Site)
Location : Islandwide
Working hours : 5 days a week - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)
Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to $10000 + Performance Bonus + Transport allowance (If required to travel)
Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities
Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites
Lead supervisors, arborists and ground staff; plan manpower & schedules
Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards
Conduct site inspections and implement process improvements
Manage clients, resolve issues and maintain service satisfaction
Control costs, resources, procurement and equipment usage
Ensure compliance with WSH, environmental and industry regulations
Track KPIs, prepare reports and support tenders with Sales
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Construction or related
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Able to multi-site manage in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety compliance and SOP implementation
