The GCOO reports directly to GCEO and lead all non-clinical operations;
Operational readiness for nursing home openings
Platform integration and operating model alignment
Facility operations and margin uplift
Scaling Value-Added Services such as Home Care, TCM and Rehab
Drive technology-enabled transformation and operating model modernization
Ensure operations enable dignity, independence, and meaningful living for seniors
This is a role for a highly execution-driven operator who can scale multi-site services and shift-based workforce models at private-equity pace.
Clinical governance remains under the Group Chief Nurse.

Requirements & Qualifications

5 years of operational leadership in multi-site healthcare, aged-care, home-based care, or workforce intensive services.
Experience integrating multiple business lines into one platform.
Strong commissioning experience (new healthcare or large hospitality facilities).
