Accounts Assistant

Location: Balestier, Singapore (Near Toa Payoh MRT and Novena MRT)

Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate data entry for Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions in the accounting system.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and the preparation of quarterly GST submissions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized accounting records, supporting documents, and filing systems.
  • Provide general administrative support, including document filing and record management.
  • Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Experience using accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Meticulous, responsible, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Remuneration will be based on experience and skill set.
