Events Operations
- Support end-to-end planning and execution of events, including venue sourcing, speaker/stakeholder outreach, and logistics coordination
- Help maintain event tracking sheets (schedules, RSVPs, budgets, vendor contacts)
- Outreach and follow-up communications to vendors, venues, and partners
- Assist with on-site event logistics and day-of coordination as needed
- Liaising with vendors on event planning and logistics where needed
- Prepare briefing documents, run sheets, post-programme analysis and report
Database Management & CRM
- Maintaining event databases on attendee information and CRM where needed
- Audit and de-duplicate an existing contacts/subscriber database spanning multiple sources (business cards, event sign-ups, email lists)
- Identify and fill missing fields (e.g. company, designation, country, contact source) through research or cross-referencing existing materials
- Merge overlapping records and reconcile conflicting entries
- Recommend and help implement a process improvement where necessary
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma in Events Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Meticulous, analytical, highly organised and intellectually inquisitive
- Good team player yet able to work well independently
