Contracts Analyst (Commodities)

The client is a global commodities trading company. As part of lean contracts management team, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain wide exposure to various types of trading contracts and work with stakeholders locally and regionally.

Responsibilities

You will manage contract lifecycle for various commodities trades, including some drafting and reviewing of sales and purchase agreements, general terms and conditions etc. There are templates in place for precedence referencing.

There will be close collaboration with the trading, legal and finance team to ensure trading terms are aligned and smoothly executed.

Requirements

You bring at least 2-3years contracts management experience attained in a trading firm or relevant industry. Someone who is ok to work relatively independently in a lean team set up and inquisitive enough to identify solutions to issues.
