Key Account Manager (Sales)

CHIP AIK ALUMINIUM (PRIVATE) LIMITED

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by building good customer relationships and secure new customers.

Responsibilities

· Establish and maintain long-term relationship with existing and potential customer accounts through customer interactions.

· Promote new products and architectural systems.

· Attend to all incoming enquiries (by phone, fax, email orwalk-in) and provide customers with quotations.

· Handle end-to-end sales process for own group of customers, including taking order, delivery arrangements to following up on customer's outstanding payments.

· Carry out any other tasks as required by Sales Manager

Requirements

· Bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers

· Good interpersonal and communication skills

· Highly motivated individual with initiative to achieve assigned tasks

· Results-oriented and highly capable of meeting personal sales target

· Positive working attitude and willing to learn

· Able to work in a fast-paced environment

· Applicants must be willing to work at Pioneer area

· At least 2 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing preferred

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor degree from any field, Engineering preferred

Other Information

· 5 days and alternate Saturday work week

· Mon to Fri: 8.00am to 5.00pm

· Alternate Saturday: 8.00am to 1.00pm
