Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking to take on a strategic and hands-on HR leadership role? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager / Senior HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources while driving HR digitalisation, process improvements, and people initiatives to support business growth.

Salary: Up to $5,500/month (commensurate with experience)
Work Location: East Region
5-Day Work Week
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development, and offboarding.
- Partner closely with management and department heads to provide strategic and operational HR support.
- Drive HR digitalisation initiatives, streamline HR processes, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Review, develop, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices in compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Support manpower planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Analyse HR metrics and prepare management reports to support business decisions.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted HR business partner across the organisation.
- Perform other HR projects and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, MOM regulations, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience driving HR digitalisation, process improvement, or HR transformation initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Mature, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Healthcare industry experience will be an advantage.
