Role Overview

The Head of Enrolment & Customer Experience is responsible for driving enrolment growth, managing the full parent journey, and ensuring a consistent, high‑quality customer experience across the group.

Enrolment strategy & conversion

Marketing direction (with execution support)

Parent engagement & retention

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in:

Enrolment, admissions, sales, or customer experience

Preferably in education, childcare, healthcare, or service industries

Experience managing funnels, conversions, or multi‑site operations

Skills & Attributes

Strong commercial awareness (understands numbers and trade‑offs)

Able to translate marketing activity into actual enrolment outcomes

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Calm under pressure, especially when handling escalations

Structured thinker who focuses on outcomes, not activity

Comfortable working in a growing, evolving organisation

Salary Range

SGD $5,000 – $8,000 per month
