Support the optimization and maintenance of pharmacy information systems to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient use of medications.
Collaborate with pharmacy, medical, nursing, and IT teams to design, implement, and enhance electronic prescribing, medication management, and clinical decision support systems.
Build, review, and maintain medication formularies, system rules, alerts, and workflows in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Participate in system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and user acceptance testing for new and existing pharmacy-related applications.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals on pharmacy information systems.
Review and analyse medication-related data to support quality improvement initiatives, medication safety, and operational performance.
Monitor system performance and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Participate in digital transformation and health informatics projects, including the implementation and integration of new technologies within the pharmacy and clinical environment.

Relevant pharmacy qualifications, such as a recognized degree in Pharmacy and eligibility for professional registration or licensure in Singapore.
Experience or training in clinical pharmacy practice.
Knowledge of health informatics, electronic health records, computerized physician order entry (CPOE), and medication management systems.
Able to analyse and interpret medication-related data and prepare reports to support quality improvement initiatives.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment.
Experience in user training, stakeholder engagement, or system implementation will be an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Prior experience in pharmacy informatics, digital transformation, or healthcare IT projects in a hospital setting is an added advantage.
