Job Scope
- Deliver patient-centered and compassionate nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions.
- Plan and provide nursing care according to patient's needs, doctor's orders and hospital policies.
- Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Ensure adherence to hospital and nursing standards, policies, and best practices.
- Keep care team informed on patient’s condition, treatment and intervention.
Requirement:
- Prior experience in mental health nursing
- SNB registered
- Advanced Diploma in Mental Health / Psychiatric will be advantage
