Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with clinical protocols
• Perform patient assessments and monitor patients' conditions
• Administer medications, injections and treatments as required
• Assist doctors during consultations and medical procedures
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records
• Ensure patient safety and adhere to infection control guidelines
• Support daily clinical operations when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing
• Valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) practising certificate
• Relevant clinical nursing experience is preferred
• Comfortable adapting to different healthcare settings
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to assigned shifts
