This is a rare opportunity to build and lead a modern marketing function, partnering closely with the executive leadership team to translate bold ideas into market-leading campaigns, strengthen brand identity, and accelerate business growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a bold, integrated marketing strategy that strengthens brand awareness, drives customer acquisition and supports business growth.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape marketing priorities, challenge thinking and bring strategic initiatives from ideation through to successful market launch.
- Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new products, partnerships and business initiatives across multiple channels.
- Build a distinctive and compelling brand identity that differentiates the business in a competitive fintech landscape.
- Champion creativity, innovation and experimentation, leveraging AI, automation and emerging marketing technologies to deliver smarter, faster and more impactful campaigns.
- Establish a data-driven marketing function with clear performance metrics, customer insights and ROI measurement to continuously optimise outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Commercial, Customer Success and Technology teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviour and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to strengthen market positioning and unlock new growth.
- Lead, mentor and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive marketing experience within fintech, technology, digital platforms or other high-growth businesses.
- Demonstrated success in building brands and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Strong experience leading go-to-market initiatives, product launches and growth campaigns from concept through execution.
- A commercially minded leader with a passion for combining creativity, storytelling and data to influence customer behaviour.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI, marketing automation, analytics and emerging digital tools to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and align cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Previous experience scaling a marketing function or supporting regional expansion will be highly regarded.
