Guest Relation Host

Contract: 6 Months

Salary: SGD $3,000 per month

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Expected Start Date: 1 August 2026 (or earlier)

Job Description

  • Provide front-of-house and reception support, including greeting visitors and managing enquiries.
  • Manage visitor registration, badge issuance, and wayfinding assistance.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and provide hospitality support for meetings and client visits.
  • Perform general workplace administration and operational support.
  • Manage workplace services such as lockers and visitor passes.
  • Ensure reception and guest-facing areas are presentable, organised, and well-stocked.
  • Minimum NITEC qualification or equivalent in any field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Candidates without prior experience are welcomed to apply. Training will be provided.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or office administration is preferred.
  • A customer-focused mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to commit to a 6-month contract and comfortable with a contract role.
  • Candidates who are available to commence work at short notice will have an advantage.
