This is a hands-on role. You'll be on the floor building and packing kits yourself, not just watching others do it.

• You like order. You'd rather build the process that stops the fire than keep fighting fires.
• You do the boring stuff properly. Counting, checking, assembling, packing. Right every time.
• You think on your feet. Shipment stuck at customs, supplier lets you down? You work the problem.
• You learn fast and take ownership. If it's your area, it's your problem to solve.
• You're calm under pressure. Deadlines and tight production runs don't rattle you.

What you'll do

• Work the line yourself. Assembling, quality-checking and packing our STEAM kits, daily with your team.
• Run production. Own schedules, workflows, quality checks and inventory.
• Lead a small team of 2–3 and hold the line on process, yourself included.
• Own international logistics. Freight, customs, certificates of origin, delivery to 15+ countries. Much of it you'll learn on the job.
• Solve problems as they land. Supplier issues, stock gaps, shipping delays.

What we're looking for

• Strong organisation and attention to detail. Non-negotiable.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and picking up new tools.
• Genuinely understand the necessity of doing hands-on manual work every day for a while.
• Good with people and reliable. If you say it's done, it's done.
• Some working experience, including internships. Show us you've held a real role and delivered.

Salary: S$3,000 – S$4,500/month
