Job Summary
Assist the Head Chef by preparing ingredients and staff meals, handling live crab slaughtering, descaling fish and seafood, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and performing assigned ad hoc duties in a non-air-conditioned environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and arrange ingredients as directed by the Head Chef to support meal preparation
- Cook and prepare staff meals according to kitchen requirements
- Slaughter live crabs safely and efficiently following kitchen standards
- Descale fish and clean seafood to ensure quality and hygiene
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen to meet health and safety standards
- Perform ad hoc kitchen duties as assigned to support smooth operations
- Work effectively in a non-air-conditioned kitchen environment
