Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth by securing new contracts, building client partnerships, and promoting integrated security manpower and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in property development, MCSTs, managing agents, commercial and industrial sectors, government agencies, and corporate clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business
  • Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and tender submissions to support contract acquisition
  • Conduct persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contract terms to close deals effectively
  • Promote the company’s integrated security manpower and technology solutions to meet client needs
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of new contracts
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s business expansion goals
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports and business forecasts to inform strategic planning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or corporate sales
  • Existing network within the security industry, property management, facilities management, or building management sectors will be an advantage
  • Experience with government tenders (GeBIZ) and commercial tenders is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
