Content & Marketing Executive

We’re a husband-and-wife real estate team in Singapore, and we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about content creation and social media to join us full-time.

This isn’t just another social media job. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us and help build a personal brand that people genuinely enjoy following.

If you love creating content, keeping up with social media trends, and bringing ideas to life, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

•⁠ ⁠Brainstorm and plan content ideas with us

•⁠ ⁠Film and direct short-form videos (Instagram Reels & TikTok)

•⁠ ⁠Edit engaging videos that tell a story

•⁠ ⁠Create simple carousel posts and social media graphics when needed

•⁠ ⁠Schedule and publish content consistently across our platforms

•⁠ ⁠Manage our Instagram and TikTok accounts

•⁠ ⁠Reply to comments and direct messages professionally

•⁠ ⁠Keep up with the latest social media trends and suggest fresh content ideas

•⁠ ⁠Join us during property viewings, new launches, events and day-to-day activities to capture content

•⁠ ⁠Help us grow our personal brand and online presence

We’re looking for someone who:

•⁠ ⁠Is creative, proactive and organised

•⁠ ⁠Enjoys filming and editing videos

•⁠ ⁠Understands Instagram and TikTok trends

•⁠ ⁠Can think independently and isn’t afraid to suggest new ideas

•⁠ ⁠Has a good eye for storytelling and aesthetics

•⁠ ⁠Is comfortable working closely with a small, fast-moving team

•⁠ ⁠Is reliable, positive and enjoys meeting people

Experience in real estate is a bonus, but definitely not required. Passion, creativity and the right attitude matter much more to us.

Based in Singapore

Full-time (5-day work week, including 1 weekend when required)

Flexible work arrangement: Work from home on non-filming days. You’ll only need to be on-site when we’re filming content, attending property viewings, events, or other scheduled shoots.
