Develop and execute test cases to support system migration

Validate letters, notices, and statements for accuracy

Record test results and track defects using testing tools

Work with developers and business teams to resolve issues

Support post-migration testing and troubleshoot production issues

Ensure testing is completed within project timelines

Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
