Job Summary
Support dental procedures by preparing the operatory, assisting dentists chairside, maintaining infection control, and managing clinical instruments and supplies efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the dental operatory to ensure a clean and organized environment for dental procedures
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures to facilitate smooth and efficient treatment delivery
- Perform infection control and sterilise dental instruments to maintain patient safety and hygiene standards
- Carry out minor dental laboratory tasks to support clinical operations
- Organise and manage clinical instruments and supplies to ensure readiness and availability during procedures
- Manage multiple tasks effectively to support clinic workflow and patient care
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working in a dental clinic environment is an advantage
- Ability to work well in a team to support collaborative clinical care
- Demonstrate customer service skills and a people-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn new skills and perform hands-on tasks
- Maintain punctuality and reliability as part of the service delivery team
- Take pride in keeping the work environment neat and tidy
Other Information
- Working hours: 8:30am - 5.30pm/9:30pm, 5 days per week, 1 evening + 1 weekend
