Job Summary

Support dental procedures by preparing the operatory, assisting dentists chairside, maintaining infection control, and managing clinical instruments and supplies efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the dental operatory to ensure a clean and organized environment for dental procedures
  • Assist dentists chairside during procedures to facilitate smooth and efficient treatment delivery
  • Perform infection control and sterilise dental instruments to maintain patient safety and hygiene standards
  • Carry out minor dental laboratory tasks to support clinical operations
  • Organise and manage clinical instruments and supplies to ensure readiness and availability during procedures
  • Manage multiple tasks effectively to support clinic workflow and patient care

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience working in a dental clinic environment is an advantage
  • Ability to work well in a team to support collaborative clinical care
  • Demonstrate customer service skills and a people-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn new skills and perform hands-on tasks
  • Maintain punctuality and reliability as part of the service delivery team
  • Take pride in keeping the work environment neat and tidy

Other Information

  • Working hours: 8:30am - 5.30pm/9:30pm, 5 days per week, 1 evening + 1 weekend
  • Job Type: Full-time
