- Position : Assistant Sales Manager (Electronic Components)
- Location : North-East – Macpherson
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Basic up to $7,000 + $200 Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus + Up to 19 days of Annual Leaves + Medical & Dental Benefits

Main Responsibilities
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities with customers and suppliers.
- Handle RFQs, quotations, pricing review and commercial negotiations.
- Review sales contracts and manufacturing service agreements.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal teams on order fulfilment.
- Manage customer escalations, delivery rescheduling and project updates.
- Lead and support the India team on sales and customer-related matters.
- Monitor inventory requirements and support cost reduction initiatives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in semiconductor, electronic components, trading or distribution industry.
- Experience handling regional customers, suppliers or India market will be advantageous.
- Willing to travel overseas when required.
