  • Position : Project Coordinator (Facilities Maintenance)
  • Location : Admiralty Street
  • Working hours : Monday to Friday | 10am to 7pm | Saturday Half Day
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance (Own car) + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Mobile Allowance

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance projects, service schedules and site arrangements.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, technicians and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and follow up on pending works or delays.
  • Prepare and maintain project documents, reports and service records.
  • Assist with quotation follow-up, resource planning and administrative support.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site access when required.
  • Escalate project issues, delays or risks to management when necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum ITE / Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, maintenance coordination, service coordination or related role.
  • Candidates with experience in facilities, M&E, ACMV, electrical, building maintenance or contractor coordination will be advantageous.
