- Position : Project Coordinator (Facilities Maintenance)
- Location : Admiralty Street
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 10am to 7pm | Saturday Half Day
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Transport Allowance (Own car) + AWS + Variable Bonus + 14-18 Days Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits + Mobile Allowance

Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance projects, service schedules and site arrangements.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, technicians and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and follow up on pending works or delays.
- Prepare and maintain project documents, reports and service records.
- Assist with quotation follow-up, resource planning and administrative support.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and site access when required.
- Escalate project issues, delays or risks to management when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum ITE / Diploma in Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or related discipline.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, maintenance coordination, service coordination or related role.
- Candidates with experience in facilities, M&E, ACMV, electrical, building maintenance or contractor coordination will be advantageous.
