Job Responsibilities

• Register patients and assist with appointment scheduling
• Attend to patients' enquiries professionally
• Assist with basic clinic preparation and administrative duties
• Process payments and maintain accurate documentation
• Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels or equivalent
• Customer service experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised and able to multitask
• Willing to learn and work in a team
