Quality Lead (Manufacturing)
Basic Salary: Up to $4,200 + Shift Allowances + Daily Meal & Transport Allowance

What You'll Be Doing
Lead and supervise a team of Quality Inspectors to achieve quality, inspection, and production targets.
Oversee quality activities across incoming inspection, assembly, repair, final inspection, and packing processes.
Ensure defects are identified and contained before products reach customers.
Prepare and maintain quality reports, documentation, and operational records.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and manufacturing efficiency.
Coach and guide team members to strengthen quality standards and operational excellence.
Work closely with production and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards.
We're Looking For Someone Who Has
Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, or quality environment.
Experience leading or supervising quality inspectors or production teams.
Good understanding of quality inspection processes, defect control, and manufacturing operations.
Able to maintain accurate reports and documentation.
Strong communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Able to commit to rotating day and night shifts.
Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, Higher Nitec, or equivalent preferred.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to $4,200
Additional Allowances
12-hour Day Shift: +
$12 per shift
12-hour Night Shift: +
$24 per shift
Meal & Transport Allowance: $16 per working day
Working Hours
Training Period (First 3 Months)
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training
Weekly rotating 12-hour Day/Night Shifts
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
4-Day Work Week
Choose one of the following fixed teams:
Team A: Monday – Thursday
Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday, Tuesday
Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
