Job Summary

Neptune Safety seeks an Engine Service Technician to support engine maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring reliable operation of diesel and petrol engines in maritime settings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service 2-stroke and 4-stroke diesel and petrol engines to maintain optimal performance
• Apply engineering knowledge to troubleshoot and repair engine components effectively
• Communicate clearly in English by reading, writing, and speaking to document work and coordinate with team members
• Utilize technical skills to perform routine maintenance and repairs on engines in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely completion of engine service tasks and support operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a minimum NITEC qualification in engineering (preferably automotive) to demonstrate foundational technical knowledge

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license to support transportation needs related to job duties
