Job Summary

Industrial Laundry seeks an Operations Manager/Assistant Manager to lead team management, ensure smooth operational flow, handle customer concerns, oversee staff rostering and training, manage delivery orders, and maintain quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines
  • Resolve customer complaints and requests promptly to maintain satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain staff rosters to optimize workforce allocation
  • Provide hands-on support to operations during staff shortages to maintain productivity
  • Train staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with operational standards
  • Issue delivery orders accurately to support logistics and customer fulfillment
  • Conduct quality control checks to uphold service standards and operational excellence
  • Lead and manage team performance to achieve operational goals
