Job Summary
Industrial Laundry seeks an Operations Manager/Assistant Manager to lead team management, ensure smooth operational flow, handle customer concerns, oversee staff rostering and training, manage delivery orders, and maintain quality control.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to timelines
- Resolve customer complaints and requests promptly to maintain satisfaction
- Develop and maintain staff rosters to optimize workforce allocation
- Provide hands-on support to operations during staff shortages to maintain productivity
- Train staff to enhance skills and ensure compliance with operational standards
- Issue delivery orders accurately to support logistics and customer fulfillment
- Conduct quality control checks to uphold service standards and operational excellence
- Lead and manage team performance to achieve operational goals
