- Position : Sales Admin Assistant (Shipping Coordination)
- Location : Central - Toa Payoh North
- Working hours : Monday – Friday| 9.30am – 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + OT Payable + Annual bonus + 14 days Annual Leaves + Hospital Benefits & Personal Accident Insurance

Main Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to the sales team and other departments.
- Answer phone calls, manage emails and attend to general enquiries.
- Prepare purchase orders, sales documents and supplier/vendor payment paperwork.
- Coordinate local and overseas shipments, including basic shipping documents.
- Maintain proper filing, database records and documentation.
- Assist with monthly reports, simple reconciliations and admin tracking.
- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum of O’ Level with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
