  • Position : Sales Admin Assistant (Shipping Coordination)
  • Location : Central - Toa Payoh North
  • Working hours : Monday – Friday| 9.30am – 5.30pm
  • Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3,200 + OT Payable + Annual bonus + 14 days Annual Leaves + Hospital Benefits & Personal Accident Insurance
  • Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative support to the sales team and other departments.
  • Answer phone calls, manage emails and attend to general enquiries.
  • Prepare purchase orders, sales documents and supplier/vendor payment paperwork.
  • Coordinate local and overseas shipments, including basic shipping documents.
  • Maintain proper filing, database records and documentation.
  • Assist with monthly reports, simple reconciliations and admin tracking.
  • Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of O’ Level with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
