ACMV Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the overall-in-charge of maintenance operations, servicing, and repairs for all ACMV, ventilation, and mechanical plant infrastructure.
• Lead, schedule, and optimize the daily workflows of technical officers and technicians to ensure all rectification jobs are completed efficiently.
• Implement, manage, and track robust preventive and corrective maintenance programs in full compliance with corporate guidelines and statutory regulations.
• Cultivate a safe working environment by ensuring all engineering activities strictly adhere to established risk assessments and safe work procedures.
• Conduct routine, detailed site inspections of existing mechanical systems to evaluate performance, serviceability, and wear-and-tear.
• Head technical investigations into complex equipment failures, providing expert guidance and diagnostics for major rectification works.
• Formulate and propose technically feasible solutions while serving as the primary liaison for owners, users, consultants, and contractors regarding engineering requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of central ACMV systems, chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs) and general building mechanical systems.
