What You'll Be Doing
- Support the care and development of children aged 18 months to 6 years in a safe, positive and engaging learning environment.
- Participate in a structured training programme combining classroom learning with practical workplace attachment.
- Receive continuous guidance, coaching and real-time feedback from experienced educators.
- Build essential teaching and classroom management skills while developing professionally.
- Complete a sponsored Diploma in Early Childhood Teaching (Conversion) programme.
- Upon successful completion of the programme, be deployed as an Early Childhood Teacher supporting the learning and development of young children.
- Deliver lessons and communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role involves teaching the Chinese language to preschool children.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma from a local polytechnic in any discipline. Degree holders are also welcome to apply.
- Ability to deliver preschool lessons and communicate effectively in Chinese, as the role involves teaching the Chinese language to preschool children.
- Passion for working with children aged 18 months to 6 years.
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience caring for or interacting with young children will be an advantage.
- Individuals without prior early childhood experience or formal early childhood qualifications are encouraged to apply.
