You will be responsible for
- Timely recognition, escalation, and management of clinical deterioration and emergencies
- Supporting residents and families through education, counselling and decision-making
- Promoting safety, caring and dignified environments where residents can live well
- Reviewing and overseeing clinical assessments, care plans and documentation
- Leading clinical audits, incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives
- Promoting medication safety, infection prevention and resident safety
- Championing person-centred and evidence-based clinical care
- Serving as a clinical expert and role model
- Ensure quality, continuity and compliance
