You will be responsible for

  • Timely recognition, escalation, and management of clinical deterioration and emergencies
  • Supporting residents and families through education, counselling and decision-making
  • Promoting safety, caring and dignified environments where residents can live well
  • Reviewing and overseeing clinical assessments, care plans and documentation
  • Leading clinical audits, incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives
  • Promoting medication safety, infection prevention and resident safety
  • Championing person-centred and evidence-based clinical care
  • Serving as a clinical expert and role model
  • Ensure quality, continuity and compliance
