Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough reviews of regulatory returns, specifically focusing on Notice 610, prior to and following submission.

• Perform reconciliation checks that exceed business validation rules for the Notice 610 submission portal.

• Assess changes in reporting business rules, mapping tables, and general ledger classifications.

• Verify the accuracy of source data, including manual and ad-hoc files, along with necessary manual adjustments.

• Periodically review the framework of Notice 610, including associated policies and procedures.

• Support the timely reporting of regulatory incidents, including erroneous or late returns, and document remediation actions taken.

• Handle both external reporting to regulatory authorities and internal reporting to senior management and oversight committees.

• Maintain and enhance the regulatory reporting risk management framework, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and controls.

• Assist in implementing new regulatory reporting requirements and facilitate communications with any engaged external consultants.

Requirements

• Minimum diploma qualifications from a recognized institution.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in regulatory reporting, preferably within the corporate banking sector.

• Ability to monitor regulatory developments and adapt effectively to changing requirements.

• Strong communication skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders for seamless project execution.
