Your Role
Mighty Jaxx is looking for a Product Manager to drive day-to-day product execution for our
AI-enabled products (hardware and app) and manage our shared app, web, and internal
platform systems. Reporting directly to the Product Lead, you will work closely with our
internal Engineering team to mature internal tooling, implement process discipline, and
coordinate requirements across hardware, software, AI, and licensors to support key launch
timelines and company milestones.
Responsibilities
Product Execution and Lifecycle Management
- Direct the end-to-end lifecycle and product roadmap for our AI-enabled ecosystem,
successfully steering it from development through to a market launch in China,
before scaling to other markets.
- Coordinate closely with Engineering (in-house and remote teams), Licensing teams,
as well as external partners to deliver a compliant application and product
framework that strictly adheres to regional and international data protection policies
and regulatory standards.
- Drive go-to-market execution for launch market - timelines, partner/retail
coordination, and launch readiness, in close coordination with other
departments.
- Build and sustain long-term product roadmaps to support consecutive
product waves, recurring drops, and future Intellectual Property (IP)
expansions.
Platform and Internal Systems Strategy (Internal Tooling)
- Establish definitive product ownership over B2C apps and web platforms, creating a
unified and high-performing digital ecosystem for global consumers.
- Manage internal systems backlog, auditing operational processes to build highly
optimised and dependable AI-assisted internal tooling.
Cross-Functional Orchestration and Process Discipline
- Partner seamlessly with internal Engineering teams to balance technical
architecture choices with daily prioritisation and execution needs.
- Introduce, apply, and mature product management disciplines across
hardware, software, and AI surfaces, championing clear documentation
standards and agile workflows.
- Manage the cross-functional intersection of hardware manufacturing timelines,
software sprints, and other requirements to ensure smooth, on-time product
delivery.
Requirements
- Prior experience in product management for tech products preferred.
- Experience managing both hardware product development and digital application
software lifecycles is ideal.
- Familiarity with interactive AI technologies or hardware-to-software integrations.
- Proficiency in structuring, documenting, and managing comprehensive product
backlogs for both consumer-facing platforms and internal tooling.
- Familiarity with software development processes, APIs, and agile
methodologies, with proficiency in standard product management tools (e.g.
Jira, Confluence) and a proactive approach to using AI tools within product
management workflows.
- Skilled at aligning technical execution priorities across cross-functional
collaborators, including engineering leads and external production partners, while
balancing competing stakeholder requirements.
- Comfortable communicating (orally and in writing) in Mandarin, to liaise with
external hardware and software vendors and partners based in China.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly across technical and
non-technical audiences.
- Deep understanding of user needs and customer-centric design principles.
