Job Description & Requirements
Job responsibilities:
- Manage patient appointments and inquiries
- Prepare and dispense medicines
- Monitor inventory of drugs, and replenish when necessary
- Pack and sterilize equipment; administer UVB machine (training will be provided)
- Assist the doctor in surgical procedures, if required
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic
- Handle collections, banking and payment of invoices
- Perform end-of-day closing of accounts
- Perform clerical duties, such as routine filing
- Any other duties to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness of the clinic
Qualifications:
- Possess Primary/Secondary School/"O" level in any field
- Able to communicate in English
- Computer literate
- Work experience in clinic or hospital preferred
- Responsible, honest, willing to learn, and have good interpersonal skills
Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month (for Full time)
