Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
- Perform Change Control Impact Assessments for IT-related activities.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Operational Technology (OT) networks.
- Assist with server deployment, configuration, and ongoing support.
- Prepare, validate, and deploy workstation images.
- Perform system backup, restoration, and cloning activities.
- Configure workstation settings, user access, permissions, and local administrator accounts.
- Manage network connectivity, cloud storage integration, and OneDrive mapping.
- Implement and maintain backup solutions using Acronis.
- Ensure IT systems comply with data integrity standards and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting IT systems within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience working with GMP-regulated systems.
- Knowledge of computer system validation and regulated environments.
- Experience supporting laboratory analytical or QC systems (e.g. TOC or MALDI) will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a regulated environment.
