Operations – Loans Ops team (1 year contract)

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and execution of all loan processes, including new drawdowns, rollovers, and redemptions.

• Oversee the margin call process and ensure the safekeeping of finance documents and related materials.

• Generate reports for internal stakeholders, head office, and regulatory authorities.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as required.

• Ensure timely receipt of valuations and collateral.

• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.

• Assist with additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in banking operations, specifically within Loans Operations.
